There were some terrific touches and technology - our big problem which really reduced the fun is that messages from the bellhop or from the spirt were often hard to understand and contained essential information which our GM had to repeat for us. We were told to use two finger force and thus wasted a lot of time by not interacting with one item that required a sharp tug.
