My parents and I completed their Black and White Cafe a few months ago, and we were so excited to return for Moriarty's Manor with the rest of our escape room gang! We had a group of 7 (5 adults, 2 kids), and we escaped with 10:26 remaining and used no hints. However, there are a lot of puzzles that can be solved simultaneously, so having the extra minds and hands was helpful. The puzzles were all very fun, and for the most part they were pretty self explanatory once you pieced the clues together, meaning there was nothing too physically challenging. I highly recommend both escape rooms with this company!!
Black and White CafeMindFox EscapeEscape roomIRLWhat an amazing room!! Definitely one of my favorites I've ever done. I completed this with 2 other amateur escapists, and it was my 13th room ever. We ended up asking for 2 - 3ish hints, and escaped with 5:50 remaining. The decor and story are super fun and unique, and the puzzles themselves were great. It's clear the room is very well taken care of, and the finale is very fun. I would consider it as non linear, so all three of us always had something to do. Definitely recommend it for escapists of all experiences!

I thought this was the easiest of the Quicksand rooms, but it was still just as fun. Some challenging components and puzzles. Nothing scary

I played with 4 other novice players of various ages, and we were far from completing everything. Fun and interesting puzzles, but I would wait until you have quite a few escape room successes before attempting this one.

I completed it with four of my other friends and we escaped with only a few minutes/seconds to spare. A few tricky puzzles and some fun surprises. I would say it's an intermediate level room.

ChinatownQuicksand Escape GamesEscape roomIRLWe failed with seven novice players of various ages. I've played every room at Quicksand, and I would say this was the trickiest as it was the only one I couldn't escape. Fun puzzles, I would recommend it for larger or more advanced groups.

We asked for several hints and still didn't get through everything. The theme and puzzles were fun, and I like the story. Lots of fun components, nothing scary.
