Such a cute nostalgic game. While It is just a rebranding of their Playground Game, the Rugrats touches made me Smile. I was happy the entire time playing the game. There isn’t anything new or inspiring in this game but it was a fun play.

Such a great room with such a great theme. More of a traditional escape room experience than Saw. The way they provide the clues are also very themed, with a live actor in the second half of the game. The puzzles played completely in to the theme and the theatrics increased the fun level. Also our actor was beyond amazing.

If you are going to play ANY game here, Puppet Heist is it. I loved it so much I am taking my team there as a team building and playing again because it was so amazing. Would 1000% recommend.

I enjoy the Bureau but this is definitely a game that I felt was below their standards. It was like they made the tech wonky just to make you have to kill time. It definitely took the fun out of the game, which stinks as I love the Bureau and their unique games.

Loved the atmosphere and the theme! Really felt like you were on a subway car. The people running the experience were fun too!

Room was themed cute. The hint system - having to wait 10 mins in between hints - took away from the experience. If you are stuck, you are stuck and just have to sit and wait. We literally just sat on the floor and talked because we were so stuck and couldn’t move forward and we had to wait. And we had gone almost to the end of the game. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND unless this system changes.

I feel like this room may have been good, but with the technical issues some main puzzles weren’t working. Our game master had to tell us what we would have discovered and essentially give us answers as things weren’t working. We weren’t even offered a discount for a future experience or a partial refund for our experience. I wish I could have seen this in full force as I heard it was good. It was also weird there was only one flashlight and we could use our phones.
