40 ThievesMindTrap Escape Room - TemeculaEscape roomIRLAs good of a production as you can hope for. Puzzles were tough but not confusing or illogical. Also quite a bit of puzzles to do so the hour you’re in there will feel like 2 just from how much running around and solving you’re doing. Definitely lives up to the hype and sets the standard for what a quality escape room should look and feel like.
The Last SupperQuest TavernEscape roomIRLCame into this room somewhat blind and was massively surprised with how the room was conducted. Diego was a super fun actor and made the room a blast. The puzzles weren’t the most complex but were still enjoyable to do. Not many rooms have the interactive-ness of a live actor like this so definitely a must-do escape room if you’re looking to change up the usual puzzle combo lock type rooms that are more common.
Irvine School of Wizardry and the Goblin's SecretsHidden DonkeyEscape roomIRLHidden Donkey knocks it out of the park again with this one. Little bit more compact room than the Dragon Wand, but the puzzles were enjoyable nonetheless. One of the rooms has a very neat “special effect” that I enjoyed a lot. Hope they keep the rooms coming cause it’s definitely one of the consistently top tier productions in the area.

Lab RatHatch EscapesEscape roomIRLSuch a fun, well-designed room. Has a unique story and an immersive way of presenting it. The puzzles were quirky with an edge of difficulty to it but stuck to the theme and kept you feeling like you were actually a mouse stuck in a cage. Truly an experience.
Ink & AshesExodus Escape RoomEscape roomIRLAnother satisfying room made by the people at Exodus. Definitely a different feel from Clark’s Crazy Christmas, but a nice change up and theme. The puzzles were difficult without being confusing and an actual engaging story that is nicely complimented with the puzzles which I feel is rare nowadays.
Atlantis: The Forgotten CityHypnotic Escape RoomsEscape roomIRLBeautiful room that you can tell was made with love and care from the owners. An underwater otherworldly adventure mixed with Greek and astrological themes, this room was wonderfully crafted with so much to take in and be wowed by. Very immersive, with the puzzles being mostly tech to really make you feel like you’re on a journey. By the end of it you pretty much forget you’re in LA. If you ever want to spend an hour in another world, this is the room to do it at. On top of that the owners were extremely passionate and sincere which made the escape room experience a fond one.
InksidiousEscape Room 66 - Los AngelesEscape roomIRLSuper cool design and fun, cute little puzzles. A must-do room
45 Lampkin LaneConfusion EscapesEscape roomIRLFun, spooky and kooky room. The scares here are more spontaneous and threatening than other rooms. The only thing I would say is this is actually the one time I wish the room had more of a prominent intro before entering the rooms. For example Weeping Witch at Crossroads has a video before entering the room explaining what the witch is and how it became to be. Granted when you enter the room, you do have an intro but you’re so mesmerized by the technical show that you kind of tune out what the narrator is actually telling you. And I only say this because the room, and this actually goes for all the rooms at this location, are really good and can tell are made with a lot of passion. So it would’ve just been the cherry on top to really put a stamp on the rooms. Again it doesn’t detract from the rooms at all, it would just give it that extra oomph to make it even more memorable.
Something's Out There!Maze Rooms - West LAEscape roomIRLAnother well designed room. Fun jump scares and unique puzzles.
