What a fun and creative escape room! Loved the plot, loved the theme, and loved the puzzles! A great variety of them, all well integrated into the story. The Team Members did an excellent job explaining the types of locks we would use, and our game host was awesome and in character the whole time! Loved that the hints we requested simply pointed us in the right direction, rather than outright giving us the answer. Overall, a wonderful escape room that I would highly recommend! Shoutout to our awesome gamemaster/fellow broseph Jenna for being totally rad!

Captain Spoopy Bones is highly regarded in the Orlando escape room scene, so I had high expectations - and I'm excited to say it lived up to them! Better than anything, Spoopy Bones has incredibly clean gameplay. Everything is well-clued, and with communication as the focus, that was the real challenge. Along the way, there are plenty of surprises and treats in store. Plus, it's hilarious!

What is there to say about Puppet Heist but... WOW! I can definitively say that this is the room that got me into escape rooms, showed me the possibilities of the medium, and made me a fan. After hearing about The Bureau from friends, and doing some online research, my wife and I picked Puppet Heist as it just sounded interesting... and my goodness it was! Fully lives up to its premise in the best ways. The creativity and outside-the-box thinking is off the charts here, the sets are gorgeous, and the humor on-point. Puppet Heist is a triumph.

UFO: Go For Launch is a triumph in Escape Room game design. Easily the best room at The Bureau, combining the uniquely excellent gameplay of Puppet Heist and the gorgeous sets of Possession, with a helping of theatrics including an (I presume) original soundtrack. Parts remind me of the movie Searching (2018) - one of my favorites, while other parts are straight-up goofy sci-fi. Not only that, but this room is brilliantly paced. While I understand how others here ranked this lower for tech failures, I thankfully caught it on a perfect day, and WOW was I blown away. Easiest 10/10 I've given to a room. A must-play.
