En grève - Chez Mimi CupcakesParadox42Escape roomIRLMy boyfriend still talks about the room to this day. We were pleasantly surprised to discover Paradox42 on a sunday afternoon. The owners clearly put a lot of love and passion into their games which is inspiring to see. Mimi cupcakes is definitely a game more family oriented, but us, a couple of millenials, really enjoyed it. The tasks are super fun, physical abilities are involved, etc. We also really appreciated all the interactions we had with the ''game master''. A must do in my opinion.

The role I had in the room was particularly fun to have! I loved the decor and how everything was made. I absolutely enjoyed chatting with the GM's afterwards who explained to us how the AI was working and how it adapted the gameplay. My only complaint is that it wasn't long enough! I wished there had been more, that's to say how fun it was!
La Nuit la Plus Longue [The Longest Night]EliviascapeEscape roomIRLMy favorite game from Eliviascape! Loved the ambiance and the decor, the riddles were fun and all tied nicely with the theme. I cannot wait for their next room. I was able to enjoy even if I get very easily scared and don't enjoy jumpscares so that is a huge bonus!
Marcheurs de rêves [The Dreamwalkers]Cabinet MysteriisEscape roomIRLThis one has been my favorite game for so long. It clearly inspired a miriad of other games that came after it. Even though I have heard it is getting a little old, I only have great memories from Dreamwalkers. For this short 60 minutes, I was allowed to be a little child again and evolve in decor reminiscing of my once bubbly imagination. The interactions with the game master are perfectly integrated to the theme. The riddles and puzzles are super fun to perform and figure out. If there is one room I wish I could erase my memory from so I can do it all over again, its this one!
La ConFéeserie [The Fairy Confectionary]SOS Aventures - Saint-JérômeEscape roomIRLAbsolutely magical! The decors are gourmand and colorful, the riddles are mouth watering. I absolutely recommend this game. There is a lot to do though, so experienced players would do better in that game and appreciate it more. Another game I wish I could have more of, and one of my favorite from SOS aventure!
