Apparently they added a couple extra puzzles because the three of us were blazing through the first ones, which I loved. Made it out with five minutes to spare and loved pretty much every puzzle. Can't recommend this highly enough!
The Ghost Of MentryvilleArcane Escape RoomsEscape roomIRLLet me start by saying, if you like the idea of an interactive ghost story/puzzles, this is going to be AMAZING. The acting is great, the puzzles are super cool, and the way they’re paced and you’re guided to them is fantastic. Shout out to Perigee, his acting (and particularly his ability to guide us via dialogue without it feeling intrusive) were top-notch! Also, the room really makes the most out of the small space, using clever design to make the adventure feel much more expansive than such a small space should permit. I think our group just realized that we’re SLIGHTLY more into the rooms that are pure escape rooms, so my one warning is, while this is an extremely well-done room, it’s definitely more of an interactive experience than a pure escape room. Would love to do more rooms by this designer !
The Magic CottageInfinity EscapeEscape roomIRLPuzzles didn’t flow especially well, and were much more “gather these clearly labeled things and put them together to trigger a special effects sequence,” but the atmosphere and effects were extremely impressive and the whole thing felt very high-budget.
