The Wonderful Wizard of Oz
13th Hour Escape Room - Wharton
Escape room
IRL
this room was great the set pieces were all so interactive and it followed the flow of the movie perfectly, with guest appearances from some iconic faces if the movie. each part of the room gives you something new to look at, and every time you walk through a door way your transported to a different scene of the yellow brick road, some of these puzzles were very color heavy so be weary if you go. I will preface by saying I did go when it first came out so some of the color puzzles may be more accommodating and some broken props may be fixed:) I also recommend their haunted house if you go around halloween time. the attraction is massive, 3 floors, the first two are filled with absolutely wild props, and the last floor is completely dark with the scare actors having fun scare tactics waiting for you!
The Grand Parlor
13th Hour Escape Room - Wharton

absolutely amazing room, the set design kept you completely immersed in the room, your GMs are generally hands off only really helping when you ask. Its a bigger room and it seems so def don’t be deceived. be prepared for cardio cause you will be running around trying to solve puzzles everywhere you can see them. communication is VITAL for this room because you can’t always be next to someone when you’re reading out a solution.

Very good room overall with minimal issues mechanically, wheelchair accessible, and if you cant make it over some obstacles just let your Game monitor know and they will accommodate!!
Prison Break
The Escape Game

The game was a great and immersive experience, our GM was a very nice male, but the entire staff was incredibly friendly, when my group went it wasnt too busy and the workers said we did so well that they gave us pins! the room itself had very nice design and some of the coolest mechanics I have experienced in a room. Im not exactly sure how handicapped accessible this room is so its best to call ahead and ask! some lighting was dark but there was only a puzzle that seemed to have color involved. overall great experience:))
The Haunted Theatre
Captured LV Escape Room - Bethlehem
Escape room

this is a harder room, its tough to get started at first, especially when you’re absolutely terrified but it was extremely immersive. I was absolutely terrified of a few things in the room but the puzzles were fun and very interactive. we were very close to making it out, maybe another minute or so and we would have been out of there.
The Trophy Room
13th Hour Escape Room - Wharton

this room was definitely fun and had some very cool puzzles, chickens, cars, pipes and tvs in this room, it almost feels like the twilight zone. the solutions to few puzzles had my group stumped but we all had an amazing time solving the puzzles. not many color puzzles but there is at least one, its wheelchair friendly to a point.
Sir Ripple Sugartons Candy Factory
Escapopolis
Escape room
IRL
This room was a lot of fun. I had a group of 4 playing with me and we did great! we beat the room record and got candy afterwards. the gameplay is a lot of fun but a lot of the puzzles were visual clues than written ones so you will meed to keep an eye out at all times. we did get lost in some areas but they helped us through those very well! youre communicating with your GM through a screen! the staff there is also very friendly, I would recommend giving yourself time to park when you get there, there is street parking and a few decks nearby but it also depends on the time of day youre going!
Biker's Revenge
Encrypted Escape Room

I really enjoyed the immersive atmosphere, it felt like you were at a real life bar, the puzzles were creative and I honestly haven’t seen a few in any other escape rooms. It is definitely a bit harder, it took my group a while to start off, but once we started we couldn’t stop. theres wasn’t any dead time where no one was doing anything.
The Devil's Den
Captured LV Escape Room - Allentown
Escape room
IRL
Its a very fun room and executed pretty well, when you go in you’re not with your team the entire time, and communication is a very key factor in this room especially. if you go I definitely recommend using the notepads provided to write down important information. the atmosphere is very unsettling with fake body parts everywhere but all in all the scares weren’t too bad, I recommend going with 6 people so you have a chance of solving puzzles yourself, but still able to make it out. when I played I made it part of the way there, we were 1 puzzle short I feel if we had more people we could have done it
Murder Of 89
Captured LV Escape Room - Allentown
Escape room
IRL
I did this room for my 17th birthday and it was the first room I ever did! the puzzles are a nice challenge, not too easy but also not too hard to solve. if you’re feeling nostalgic or want to experience what living in the 80’s feels like with a little murder mystery twist id definitely recommend it! I will say im a bit biased because it started off an unhealthy obsession with escape rooms
