Siren's CoveEscape Hour Point RustonEscape roomIRLReally cool room with a number of fun, flavorful puzzles and effects. Used technology to enable some unique puzzles and create fun characters in the room. We did 4 rooms at two different locations and the staff at Escape Hour were all extremely nice and helpful. We have small children and they were really patient and were great with them. The staff at Escape Hour is probably the best I’ve ever experienced at an escape room. These two rooms were definitely in the top tier of rooms we have done.
Temetra's HexEscape Hour Point RustonEscape roomIRLAwesome room with immersive atmosphere and really creative use of space to pack a huge amount into the room. We did 4 rooms at two different locations and the staff at Escape Hour were all extremely nice and helpful. We have small children and they were really patient and were great with them. This room starts out very dark and they accommodated the kids by adding some flashlights and lanterns so it wasn’t too scary for our 4 year old. These two rooms were definitely in the top tier of rooms we have done.
Nethercott ManorTulleys Escape RoomEscape roomIRLThere let you book this room for 60 or 90 minutes, but the default is 60 minutes and you have to call or email to book the longer slot. The room is basically impossible in 60 minutes, with an escape rate less than 5%. This feels unfair and pretty unfun, and if you are going to make the room that difficult, that should at least be explained up front. It honestly feels almost like a trick to force people to do the room multiple times. There are also multiple puzzles that are intentionally frustrating, trick you into wasting time trying to solve them the wrong way, or purposely unreliable in a way that detracts from the experience.
Hut 17Cipher EscapeEscape roomIRLThis room was awesome. Definitely in the absolute top tier of rooms I’ve ever done. The theme and puzzles worked really well together and were perfect for the location. Lots of really unique and thoughtful details. One of (if not) the best endings/finales of any room I’ve done. Also cool that there are two duplicate versions of the room so bigger groups can participate or compete head to head.
Mayan Jungle RescueQuest Escapes - Cibolo [prev. Kwest Club Escape Adventures]Escape roomIRLSuper cool and unique room with really delightful staff who are extremely nice and helpful. You can definitely tell that these rooms are a labor of love. The theme is very well-done and the puzzles link up really well to the story of the room.

A Pirate's CurseEscapology - StonestownEscape roomIRLThe room theme was fairly cool and the technology was decently well executed, but a few elements didn’t work properly, and the game master gave us way too many hints.
