Great but very hard room. The start is really special and something we have never seen before. If you are Not a native speaker I would advise to have at least some decent english to understand the riddles and information.

I rate this escape experience a 4/5 (ck out my bio for rating system). This game started out with a bang in an unusual spot and finished at the original vault in a 100+ year old building. The storyline was skillfully introduced by the GM and we had the opportunity to invoke our undercover sleuth selves at the start. I gave the set/theme 1.5 points because of this great start. The middle of the experience was kind of a whimper compared to the start with just mediocre puzzles that, IMO, didn't really flow well with the theme. The end finished with a little more energy and the last puzzle involved a choice you make for humanity so pay attention because we chose a tad too hastily. 😬 Puzzles get 1 point. I gave my experience 1.5 pts mainly because of the memorable beginning.

Great opening and a memorable late game sequence. Great use of a found space to reinforce the setting of the game and give it a realistic feel that would be otherwise difficult to replicate. There were some fun social interaction puzzles/opportunities as well. Puzzles made sense, some props were a bit worn but still serviceable. The game is a little uneven about how it trades off between realism and player experience - sometimes it goes one way, sometimes it goes the other. Ideally there are in-game reasons to excuse player-friendly conveniences, and this could have been a little better; players will just have to suspend their disbelief.

The way the cold start worked was unique among games I've played. There's also more actors-as-puzzles than most games with actors.

Storywise, 4. Gameplaywise, 4 enthusiasts was fine, but maybe 3 (or even 2) would have been better?

At least one player will need to be somewhat agile. At least one player will need to be willing to crawl around for a long distance.

The setting was cool, but the upkeep was lacking. There were times when it was difficult to read things, because they had been worn down over the years. Also, a fog machine might help to immerse the players in the atmosphere of the vault. Overall we enjoyed it.

This was the third and final room we did with Sherlocked, and we loved all three. “The Vault” felt the most immersive, especially with the actor roleplay element. We did it as a group of seven—three adults in our 40s, two kids (11 and 13), and even our 79- and 82-year-old parents—and every single one of us had a blast. The puzzles were plentiful but balanced with helpful clues when needed, and they were delivered in a way that kept us in the story. Highly, highly recommend all the Sherlocked rooms!

This was so much fun—completely different from the other two Sherlocked rooms! “The Vault” involved us stepping into character and becoming part of the story ourselves, which added a whole other layer of fun. The gameplay flowed seamlessly, and the way the clues were delivered—by the game master staying in character the entire time—was brilliant. It felt more like an interactive performance than just a puzzle room, and that made it super engaging for all of us
The production value was top-notch. We were literally in an old vault underneath the former stock exchange building, where they used to store money. Everything felt authentic and vintage, yet all the mechanics and tech still worked beautifully. The lighting, sound, and puzzles all enhanced the feeling of being in a secret underground mission. The storytelling was strong and immersive—you really felt the history of the place.
We ran into a small hiccup with our booking—after completing “The Architect” two days before, we booked “The Vault” on-site and were told we’d get a 10% discount (which we did), but we didn’t realize we also had to confirm online. Thankfully, Ibrahim, our game master, saved the day. He got us set up right away and was amazing—fun, professional, and perfectly in character. His energy really elevated the experience.

The theming is excellent with one of the most clever openings i have ever seen. I really felt like I was in an oceans 11 movie. I really appreciate any experience that makes great use of human actors, even if I was too tired and jet lagged for my bluffs to make any sense. The main thing holding this back from being great is that some of the puzzles are a little off. I don't think it is a spoiler to say you will dodge laser beams, but they are too sensitive and that section felt too long. There was another section with a bunch of small parallel puzzles that were very sensitive to touch and felt frustrating to get the right answer.

SO MUCH FUN. Loved the whole premise and story and the acting element, it was really fun to get into character and play along with the hosts! Fun puzzles and amazing use of the underground rooms too, though I think 5 people was too many for this room - 4 would have been a perfect number.
