WreckedMasterpiece EscapesEscape roomIRLMy wife and I had a great time with this room. Puzzles were unique. Game Master was awesome and really nudged us as needed without spoiling the game. Highly recommend.
Teleporter TrialsLock, Clock, and Peril Escape RoomsEscape roomIRLMy wife and I played this room after Undercover Agents today. These were our last two rooms at LCP. I have to say that LCP has set the bar very high for all other escape rooms we play. This room was probably my favorite at LCP and is on the list of top favorites anywhere. LCP outdid themselves on this one. I dont remember a single lock or key in the entire room(s). Room was very well themed, had a lot of unique experiences/puzzles. More rooms than usual. It even has a great story with a very funny ending that made the room even more memorable. Our GM Paul was great and gave us the nudges we needed to get out. You must do this room and the others at LCP if you are in SC area.
MissingMasterpiece EscapesEscape roomIRLMy wife and I have done four rooms at Masterpiece and have loved all of them (Wrecked, Missing, Coral Kingdom and Metro Mayhem). All are doable with just two but there is plenty to do for more than two. This room was our least favorite of the four but it was still a lot of fun and a great room. We have figured out that we enjoy the whimsical rooms more than the creepy rooms. This room had that creepy vibe to put you into the theme without being too scary though. The Game Masters for all of our games at Masterpiece gave us great nudges when needed and were all super nice. Highly recommend Masterpiece.
The ButcherTrapped In The Upstate - GreerEscape roomIRLMy wife and I loved this room. Room was very well themed and is doable with 2 people. The room fit the creepy vibe without being scary. Puzzles flowed well. Must do room at Trapped.
Monopoly: Get Out of Jail!Breakout Games - AshevilleEscape roomIRLVery fun room. Loved the puzzles. Was challenging for just 2 people. 3 or 4 people would be perfect.
The SacrificeThe Final DoorEscape roomIRLDee was a great game master that gave good nudges when needed. It was just two of us and we did not really get too stumped on any of the puzzles. But, we needed all of the time to get out. If you are OK with creepy vibes, slight jump scares, a little crawling, dark rooms and being "handcuffed", you will love this room.
Undercover AgentLock, Clock, and Peril Escape RoomsEscape roomIRLMy wife and I played this room and Teleportal Trials today. These were our last two rooms at LCP. I have to say that LCP has set the bar very high for all other escape rooms we play. This room was very fun and my wife and I really enjoyed it. Our GM Sarah was great and gave us the nudges we needed to get out. Even though this room was LCP's first room, and not nearly as sophisticated as their newer rooms, it was still very fun and worth it. But, make sure to play this before one of the other rooms at LCP if you are like us and like to leave the best for last.
The CabinTrapped In The Upstate - GreerEscape roomIRLMy wife and I enjoyed this room. Fun and family friendly. Well themed. Lighthearted fun room to end the night after doing The Butcher and Lizzy Border earlier. We made it out with 20 mins remaining. All of the puzzles flowed and made sense. They were easy but fit the theme nicely so we really enjoyed them.
The Legend Of LizzieTrapped In The Upstate - GreerEscape roomIRLThis room was our least favorite out of the three rooms we did (The Butcher, The Cabin and Lizzy Borden). We enjoyed the room except for a couple of the puzzles could be implemented slightly different to make more sense. The GM gave us nudges to help us get through them but IMO they didn't make sense without the nudge.
Metro MayhemMasterpiece EscapesEscape roomIRLMy wife and I did this one last tonight after doing two other rooms at Masterpiece earlier in the evening. This one started off pretty easy-going but ended up very intense (brain-power wise, not scary). It was a very fun room. All of the rooms at Masterpiece have been fun but the last section of this room was very unique in our game room experience of 60+ rooms. I felt like I needed a nap after finishing it. Lol. I won't spoil it. Several of the puzzles we did in this room required good coordinated effort/communication but was easy with just two of us. We really love how Masterpiece's rooms are doable with just two people but can easily accommodate plenty more and does not focus on the time limit which is helpful when there is only two of us and lots of puzzles.
