I felt as if I were in the story instead of just completing task to escape. Also the actors added a next level of immersion into the story. I would definitely recommend this escape room and any of the escape rooms at this location.

Operation DiveExit Escape Room MiamiEscape roomIRLThe puzzle themes were neat, but the staff was really low energy and the puzzles looked very old and not well maintained. The puzzles were labeled with how to solve them, which really took away from the experience and shows many things were not well designed. Puzzles were still fun, but at times we did not know if we had missed something in the room or if something was not working and needed to be brute forced.
