Easily a perfect intro to horror-based rooms. Steven was an amazing host - if I’m in the area again, will be making time for another ClueIQ game.

Captain Spoopy Bones and the Magnificent Quest For Some Other Pirate's Treasure!Doldrick's Escape RoomEscape roomIRLSo inventive yet so simple and so goddamn funny. Literally some of the coolest puzzles I’ve done, with a twist on the standard “find the treasure” idea. This has won awards for a reason - I would replay it right now and I got out 20 minutes ago.
The Campground13th Hour Escape Room - WhartonEscape roomIRLNote: came on beta test (room was basically at opening state). Incredible. Dethroned Oz as best room in my opinion. Really tough, but absolutely worth it. Amazing set pieces / inventive puzzles with zero logical leaps or ambiguity. Get a strong group of players and come to Whispering Oak State Forest as quickly as you can.
The Grand Parlor13th Hour Escape Room - WhartonEscape roomIRLReally loved this room. A strong mix of puzzles using locks and tech, a great story thread throughout, and tons of unlocks and expansions. Communication HEAVY and puzzle-dense, but absolutely worth it.

Simple in concept but really really well done in execution. Had some fun surprises / puzzle solutions that I haven’t seen anywhere else. Everyone will have a blast.
The Trophy Room13th Hour Escape Room - WhartonEscape roomIRLThis is a good room and a bit on the easier side for more experienced players. The weakest I’ve played at 13th Hour - but for this to be the lowest, the others are killer (pun intended). Worthwhile once you’ve done the others.
Prison BreakThe Escape Game - New JerseyEscape roomIRLPretty fun room - although really hard for two people. Puzzles are well signposted / you’re going to be doing a lot of interesting things. Sadly wasn’t reset right so we skipped multiple puzzles without realizing. Set is amazing and game host was lovely - thanks David!
Puppet Heist: The Hand Of LifeThe Bureau Adventure GamesEscape roomIRLPuppet Heist was a really cool room with the main concept - you have a puppet friend that can do things you can’t - being executed REALLY well. Set held up, puzzles were novel and well thought-out, and our host Covey was awesome. Well done room all around!
