MagnificoEscaparium - LavalEscape roomIRLThis room absolutely lived up to the hype. I can see why it is number 1 in the world. While it is not my personal favorite, it is probably my second favorite. An incredible journey from start to finish with an enthralling story and creative puzzles.

The Man From BeyondStrange Bird ImmersiveEscape roomIRLAs an experience, I would comfortably rate this a 9 or even 9.5 out of 10. It was incredibly cool. As an escape room, I would probably rate it a 7 out of 10. The immersion is fantastic. Madame Daphne is fantastic (though I think my wife may have developed a bit of a girl crush... lol). The set design is fantastic. I think for me, what the room was missing was the visceral reaction, the stakes if you will. Still, I really enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Houston!

I played most of the other Escaparium Laval rooms, and this one just stood out to me as special right from the start. The theme was fun, the puzzles were a great balance of thinking and coordination, I just absolutely love this room.
