Black and White CafeMindFox EscapeEscape roomIRLEverything about this room was really incredible to experience. The set pieces, the music, the puzzles, and so much more. I really can’t recommend this one enough. The puzzles never felt truly impossible provided you’re willing to ask for hints, and the hints come straight from the GM. Speaking of GMs, I cannot recommend Charlie enough. You can tell she’s a genuine fan of escape rooms and wants to make sure you have the best time possible. The hints were always very personable, and exactly just enough to get us over any speed bumps we ran into along the way. We plan to revisit MindFox again in the future for Moriarty, and my partner and I are very excited about their upcoming third game later this year / early next year. Our experience with Black and White Cafe gives a lot of confidence this next room will be just as good, if not better!
Once Upon a TimeRed Door Escape Room - San DiegoEscape roomIRLIf you have kids, I think this would be a great first room to bring them to. It might be a bit difficult for them with the puzzles but I think the atmosphere would be a great intro to escape rooms.
