Sharp digital displays and technological puzzles help you feel immersed in the storyline. There were some cool puzzle mechanics I had not seen before. Another strong room from The Escape Game!

Cosmic CrisisThe Escape Game - MiamiEscape roomIRLAnother great room from The Escape Game. Two of us completed the room with about five minutes to spare. We liked the puzzles starting with the video-game style opener. One minor malfunction slowed us slightly, and a couple of puzzles seemed to go on too long after we figured them out. Especially with two people, a couple of these took a lot of back and forth, when it would have gone faster with more hands. Minor drawbacks to an otherwise great room.

This appears to be a revised version of the CSI room at this location. It has been open just a week or two according to our game master. A couple of the reveals didn’t open smoothly, and two others had an unintuitive solutions that I’m not sure could be solved without a hint, including one that forced us down the wrong path for 20 minutes. The room has good potential though, so I hope the kinks get worked out quickly!

We were with family who had never done an escape room, and they were hooked!

A couple aspects of the puzzles were repetitive but otherwise enjoyed the variety and sheer number of puzzles and their difficulty. We just needed 20-30 more minutes!
