Well crafted, immersive experience from the waiting room all the way through. Some new puzzles and no traditional locks. I enjoyed the automated effects where you wouldn’t have expected them. One puzzle’s technology was so sophisticated we didn’t even realize how it worked until after we solved it by luck. Game master Erika and co-owner Skylar were great.

We liked the puzzles starting with the video-game style opener. One minor malfunction slowed us slightly, and a couple of puzzles seemed to go on too long after we figured them out. Especially with two people, a couple of these took a lot of back and forth, when it would have gone faster with more hands. Minor drawbacks to an otherwise great room.

This appears to be a revised version of the CSI room at this location. It has been open just a week or two according to our game master. A couple of the reveals didn’t open smoothly, and two others had an unintuitive solutions that I’m not sure could be solved without a hint, including one that forced us down the wrong path for 20 minutes. The room has good potential though, so I hope the kinks get worked out quickly!

A couple aspects of the puzzles were repetitive but otherwise enjoyed the variety and sheer number of puzzles and their difficulty. We just needed 20-30 more minutes!
