The AlchemistSherlockedEscape roomIRLWe had an absolutely fantastic time at this attraction with our group of five—three adults and two kids (ages 11 and 14). The experience took us about 78 minutes, and every moment was filled with excitement and teamwork. What stood out most was how each of us, regardless of age, felt genuinely involved in solving the puzzles. It was the perfect blend of challenge and fun. The sound effects, lighting, and mechanical puzzles were all perfectly synchronized to enhance the atmosphere. We also loved the setting—located in the historic old stock exchange building, which gave the whole experience a unique character and charm. After reading glowing reviews before our visit, we’re happy to say it completely lived up to the hype. We highly recommend this attraction to anyone visiting Amsterdam—it’s a must-do for puzzle lovers, families, or anyone looking for a high-quality immersive adventure. The hint system was cleverly designed—a small, unobtrusive box that gave just the right nudge without giving too much away. The interactive AI robot-like device added a futuristic, immersive twist, and the production quality throughout was top-notch.
Project MinotaurQuest Room - HollywoodEscape roomIRLSomehow this was more scary and stressful than reborn Zoe ! But super fun and really awesome set ! Effects and music added to the experience and the actors were phenomenal !
Irvine School Of Wizardry And The Dragon WandHidden DonkeyEscape roomIRLOne of my favorites! We had nine people, including some who were twelve years old, so it was chaotic but enjoyable! There were five adults and four kids! The production was detailed, and the themes and the introduction were well-crafted. It’s unfortunate that it’s no longer available. I would definitely do it again! I loved the theme, the story, and the design. Wish I could do it again now it’s been years
Atlantis: The Forgotten CityHypnotic Escape RoomsEscape roomIRLWe had an incredible time in this massive escape room! The intricate and immersive design, coupled with the immersive sound effects and music, made the experience truly captivating. The friendly game masters added to the excitement, and despite our group of seven experienced players, we faced challenges that kept us on our toes and made the escape feel exhilarating. But we emerged victorious, basking in the sense of accomplishment that made every moment worth it. We laughed, bonded, and worked together, all while having a hilarious time with the sheer number of people in the room. Before entering the escape rooms, there’s a lounge where you can bring donuts if you plan to explore multiple rooms. Def my fave one on the valley thus far !
Hijinx at Joffre ManorNerdy by Nature Escape RoomsEscape roomIRLThis was a really really fun escape room I really love Scooby Doo and Kid and it was really fun to subversively part of the Scooby Doo mystery and felt like I was really in a mansion or just part of a whole vintage scene which I loved. We had three adults and two kids and the kids were and 11 and 13. Everyone had a heart figuring out the puzzles and all the puzzles were really neat and different. There were some lots, but not all of them were locks and we appreciated the new type puzzles that we had seen. Some of these puzzles were different than a lot of other escape rooms that we have done and we’re very creative. There’s nothing that will pull you out of being immersed in the experience all the details in the decor much appreciated.
Whatever Happened To The Garretts?Maze Rooms - West LAEscape roomIRLOne of my favorite rooms ! I’ve done 51 at this point ! Really awesome theme and vintage 80’s decoration was spot on !it was cool to see some of the stuff so similar to what I saw in the 80’s as a young kid . Despite 3 things not working. And the game master has to come in to reset the game twice , we really enjoyed the puzzles and the theme . It sorta broke up the flow since three things broke but nevertheless we loved the story and theme and had fun in the nostalgic space .
Zoe: RebornEscapade GamesEscape roomIRLHighly recommend wearing knee pads and elbow pads and if youre crazy even a back pad for falling if you’re easily spooked !
Grandma's Masterplan60Out - MelroseEscape roomIRLAnd it’s definitely worth doing pretty fun room. This 1 and Jumanji are my favorite at this location thus far. I like the 75 minute length of that feels fun that way, and even with that we almost didn’t finish in time.
The VaultSherlockedEscape roomIRLThis was the third and final room we did with Sherlocked, and we loved all three. “The Vault” felt the most immersive, especially with the actor roleplay element. We did it as a group of seven—three adults in our 40s, two kids (11 and 13), and even our 79- and 82-year-old parents—and every single one of us had a blast. The puzzles were plentiful but balanced with helpful clues when needed, and they were delivered in a way that kept us in the story. Highly, highly recommend all the Sherlocked rooms!
