The Last SupperQuest TavernEscape roomIRLI’ve done somewhere between 30-40 rooms, this was instantly my favorite of all time. The setting, rp, story, immerseveness…I can’t think of any room I’ve done that compares. Diego was fantastic as Lord Garrick and played off of us really well. The vibes were spooky and we absolutely loved the every step of the journey, especially the final moments. Truly was a piece of interactive theatre in addition to a room, our team admittedly is all performers in some way, so it really lent itself to our interests and vibe as a group. The vibe was spooky but as a crew we had countless laugh out loud moments. I really enjoyed the puzzles as well and the special effects were tremendous. Cant recommend or praise it enough; it really has so much I’ve never seen in a room before and won’t stop thinking about it for quite a bit.
Election DayAppleseed AvenueEscape roomOther Unforgettable, unique, hilarious, engrossing, I can’t say enough about Election Night! I’m at about 40+ rooms and this is instantly tied with my other favorite room of all time (The Last Supper in Pomona). My first thought when I left was that I could have played the main gameplay mechanic of this room for 4 hours and never gotten bored. Yes, you will be split into two groups and have pretty separate experience from the other group(I was in the Medical Exam group), with a few moments shared between the two rooms. There are certainly puzzles to do throughout, just like normal escape rooms, but the main draw is the investigation game that is unlike any room I have done before, as well as a tremendously fun story that builds to a great climax/satisfying conclusion. I don’t think I have laughed out loud half as much in another room, the jokes were earnestly laugh out loud, the set was stunning, the tech was really impressive and never once did it feel like a piece of tech could fail. There is too much to rave about to put into one review, do yourself a favor and do this room before it inevitably lands itself on Terpeca next year.

The Mad RapperScenario Escape RoomEscape roomIRLThis was such a fun room! I had a great time with a big variety of puzzles, I loved the dexterity challenges, the theming was so fun/upbeat, and our GM Tatiana was so welcoming and accommodating. Hope to visit their other room soon!
