MagnificoEscaparium - LavalEscape roomIRLOh my God! This experience was the most amazing time I have ever had in an escape room - bar none!!! Bring your imagination and your sense of adventure and be prepared to be blown away!! Part escape room and part role playing game - this has something for everyone! If you were to just go through the game and interact with the different characters you would leave a happy person, but add to that the amazing puzzles and games you have to unlock and play and it is a whole new ballgame! As you near the final section of the game you are thrown a twist which makes the whole last section something super trippy and fun! The sets are next level and some of the best I have ever seen! The costumes are sumptuous and perfect for each character! The puzzles are amazing and fit so seamlessly into the story! In my opinion, this was the perfect room!

This is something you need to experience for yourself and not let me ruin one moment of it with my review. I loved the way the story was introduced. They break it into two parts. One gives you the technical details needed for the room while the second member explained your situation and set the events in motion. The story is engaging and it is something you really need to pay attention to as it unfolds. Once the game really starts moving it plays out like a movie thriller. It feels exciting and dangerous and feels like you have real stakes! Amazing plot points! The set was something out of a movie as well. The details of all of the sections was mind blowing! The special effects throughout the entire game were something I had never experienced before in any other company before now. The puzzles were complex and really made your group have to work together to solve them and advance. Wow! Please put this room on your must do list!
Storyteller's SecretBoxarooEscape roomIRLOne of the most unique games I've ever played! What a beautiful set! It's like you're walking through a movie set. Clever puzzles and unique game play. Not a single lock and key. Each action to move on to the next section was a delightful surprise. This is one I will venture back to again with some new players just to watch their faces
L'Île perdue de la Reine Vaudou [The Lost Island of the Voodoo Queen]Escaparium - LavalEscape roomIRLEscaparium operates on an entirely different level than any escape room I have done to date. This is something you need to experience for yourself and not let me ruin one moment of it with my review. I knew we were in for something special just from the way we were introduced to the game. I love that the GM came into the lobby in character and recruited us for the game! Even better was how the GM became our clue giver (an amazing effect that had me laughing for the first few minutes of the game). The set was beyond amazing. This was a set I would be perfectly happy to just walk through all of the parts and simply explore. It is simply that impressive! The puzzles are a really nice mix and have a little something for everyone. I will say, in the interest of everyone experiencing the whole game, save the logic puzzle for everyone. I chose to tackle it myself and missed out on three puzzles that I really wanted to see in action. The ending was great and I only had one wish that would have made it perfect. Absolutely amazing!
The Wonderful Wizard of Oz13th Hour Escape Room - WhartonEscape roomIRLWhat an amazing room! This is one to experience with your children or those in your group that are young at heart. The set was amazing! The time spent in Kansas is just as detailed and fabulous as it is in the merry old Land of Oz. The details in all spaces are done with loving care and you need to be careful not to get distracted by everything around you. The puzzles are nicely incorporated into the story and don't pull you out of the story. If nothing else, you need to experience the transition between rooms. I guarantee you won't forget it.
Ctrl Alt RebootEscaparium - LavalEscape roomIRLEscaparium operates on an entirely different level than any escape room I have done to date. This is something you need to experience for yourself and not let me ruin one moment of it with my review. I knew we were in for something special just from the way we were introduced to the game. The story was introduced to us as characters in the game and not merely escape room players. Quickly launched into the game by way of a time portal you are sucked into a non-stop whirlwind of activity and danger! The set is absolutely amazing and the amount of construction and detail that went into makes real life pale in comparison. I could spend a day just walking through the different locations so I could simply take in the details. The puzzles were next level and had one of the most unique logic puzzles I have ever encountered in a room. Emotionally, this room hits you over the head with a sledgehammer. I never thought I would cry at the end of a room but I found myself tearing up at the thought of what we had just been through. And just when you think all is lost you are given a chance at redemption! The final puzzle/experience was my favorite ending to date!

This is something you need to experience for yourself and not let me ruin one moment of it with my review. The story is engaging and it is something you really need to pay attention to as it unfolds. It won't help you solve the puzzles, but it is a major part of the experience. The scenery is absolutely amazing and you can easily lose yourself trying to take in all of the details. The puzzles are great and completely original to anything I have seen before. I have to admit some of them made you really think outside the box and try multiple things to come up with the correct solution. The hint system is unique (and absolutely adorable) and you you won't mind getting a little nudge in the right direction. I cannot get over how much I loved this room!
Search For SasquatchBoxed In Escape Rooms - FestusEscape roomIRLMy God! The detail in this room is beyond amazing! Multiple areas to explore during your game and each one feels like something out of a movie. Kudos go to the first and last rooms you experience. I really felt as if I was there and if I didn't know better I would swear it smelled like we were out in nature. The puzzles were unique and challenging and offered each person in our group the chance to shine. Nothing was too difficult but nothing jumped out as being obvious. Everything was just right! This company continues to wow me each of their rooms. You can see the love and dedication they put into their work. Compare their first room to this room and you will be waiting on pins and needles for whatever comes next
The Body ShopRed Fox EscapesEscape roomIRLAbsolutely loved this room! Bring your strongest members because you will need all the help you can get!! Such a wide variety of puzzles! This room really allowed individuals to shine! The decor has two really distinct looks and feels. I wasn't sure what to expect once we moved on to other sections. It was surprising and did not disappoint. The time flew by and we escaped by the skin of our teeth. Please go play this room!
The Campground13th Hour Escape Room - WhartonEscape roomIRLThis was the most amazing room I've ever done! The adventure begins before you even enter the room. I applaud the company for the commitment of their staff! I don't want to give anything away but this is the most unique opening I've ever encountered. The set is amazing! This is the first room I've ever done where the flow between rooms was a natural progression as opposed to secret doors opening. The space is enormous and gives you so many unique locations to explore. The detail is amazing! The puzzles were all unique and really made our group think. There are many of them so make sure you bring a varied group. Many different trains of thought will be needed to win this game! The ending of the game was great and makes a great conclusion to the story. If you do any of the games here, this is my pick!
