The Wonderful Wizard of Oz13th Hour Escape Room - WhartonEscape roomIRLAn awesome room with a very unique element in it. The set design is really well done and the room loosely follows the plot of the Wizard of Oz story. It’s a very linear room but the puzzles flow very well. Was never really any confusion on what we had to work on next.
Rugrats: Search For The Losted ToysThe Escape Game - King of PrussiaEscape roomIRLAs a 90s kid, this is one of my favorite rooms I’ve done. Awesome appearance, looks like it came from the show. Good story and premise to tie the room together. Lots of puzzles so puzzles so works well for medium to larger size groups, would say 6 to 8 is best size. I haven’t played the Playground room that this is like an overlay of, so I can’t compare it to that.
The Grand Parlor13th Hour Escape Room - WhartonEscape roomIRLAn amazing room. Large and challenging. Really good set design and puzzles. Would definitely recommend playing with a larger group, at least a minimum of 6. My group was a team of 6 fairly experienced GMs and we won with under a minute left and using 3 clues.
Little Apple SpeakeasyOff Center Escape RoomsEscape roomIRLAn extremely well done room for their very first escape room. Felt like it was very balanced difficulty wise. Love how the story of the room has a tie in to the actual history of the area in Easton. We got to speak with the one owner Erin. She was a blast to talk to and the passion for doing this really shows.
The Dungeon13th Hour Escape Room - WhartonEscape roomIRLA really good room made even better with the live actors. The room and puzzles flowed very well so I never really felt lost on what to do next. It was normally pretty clear what was the next thing to work on.
2084Olde City Escape GamesEscape roomIRLA really cool and well themed futuristic/dystopian room. Had some unique puzzles and challenges that I really enjoyed. It is a 6 player room max that I played with 6 players. It didn’t feel too crowded in there and felt like most of the room everyone was pretty actively involved without much standing around and doing nothing.
Exhibit Sea: Secrets of the DeepEncrypted Escape - West ReadingEscape roomIRLGreat tech, a variety of puzzles, and great set design. While it is 75 minutes I think a lot of groups can probably do it in under 60, especially larger and/or experienced.
Bunker 071EscapopolisEscape roomIRLThey aren’t wrong when they say it’s their hardest/most challenging room. While none of the puzzles were extremely difficult there were just a lot of them. You really need to divide and conquer to successfully complete this room. So just be prepared if playing with a smaller and/or less experienced group. Still highly recommend as it is a good room.
Escape From WonderlandRush Hour Live Escape GamesEscape roomIRLA good Alice in Wonderland themed room. I think the did the theme justice in their props, designs, and puzzles. Mix of tech and normal locks. Played with 8 players with a mixed level of experience. 8 is the max listed size, but I think that was too many. 4 would probably be the best size for the room. One thing I enjoyed about this location was that in their pre-briefing, they went over every kind of lock that you would see in the room you were playing.
Revenge Of The Serial KillerBates Motel Escape RoomsEscape roomIRLGreat set design, some cool puzzles, and a fun ending. There was no timer in the room and the guide didn’t seem to know what our time was either when we got out. Their rooms are public bookings with the option to make them private.
