The Hot Dog HeistTrapology BostonEscape roomIRLCompleted this room with my girlfriend, roommates, and two random people (a young couple). Had a great time, and loved the puzzle flow. The mission felt a bit convoluted at times, and it sometimes felt like there were too many cooks. The room was definitely physical and involved a lot of crawling between spaces, which made communication difficult sometimes. Overall, loved the theme, it was extremely unique!

I think 4 is optimal for this room, if not 5 or 6 for newer players. the puzzles were unique and smart. the art gallery itself was gorgeous. there were some puzzles that couldn’t be solved without solving another first, even though i was under the impression it was somewhat asynchronous. either way, aesthetically pleasing room for sure there were some minor tech issues (no pencil in the first room, which made us lose a ton of time when our GM stopped replying) but other than that, really liked this one!
Mind TrapThe Great Escape Room - Arlington [prev. Escape Room Arlington]Escape roomIRLTorn on this one. Atmosphere was great, especially the first room. However, there were…so many locks. If you weren’t in the room when one was solved, you had no clue how it happened. It was probably too easy for 6 people. That said, it was definitely a good room for beginners or a smaller group!
Witching HourTrapology BostonEscape roomIRLReally great room! Theming was awesome and anyone who enjoys a creepy (not scary) theme will appreciate it! Not too complex. My girlfriend and I completed this room with 5 random people: a mom and 4 young girls under the age of 12. Definitely diminished the experience a bit, as they were loud, grabbing everything, and would walk away from incomplete puzzles. Made the room a bit frustrating to complete, as we tried to be patient and non-domineering. Overall, a fun experience, would recommend the room for beginners or anyone who loves a fun, unique theme with a good blend of puzzles.

The OrphanageIncognito Escape Room - Old Dublin WallEscape roomIRLProbably one of the most unique rooms I’ve ever done for a few reasons: the ambiance, the effects, and the sound. I don’t remember too much about the actual puzzles, but the storyline and spookiness make up for it. Definitely not the room for you if you scare easily or are afraid of the dark
Atlantis RisingPanIQ Room - BostonEscape roomIRLDid this room with a group of seasoned players! Theming was awesome, but the story was a little weak. I haven’t played many rooms without keys or many puzzles, so that was a cool change. Most of the segments weren’t too too difficult, but there were some tech difficulties that detracted from the experience a bit. Loved our GM Maniira, she was running multiple rooms at once!
