Servants of SleightThe Exit Games FLEscape roomIRLThis game was so much fun! Great for fans of the Now You See Me movies! The environment was unique and immersive the entire time. You couldn’t guess what was coming next and each room was well thought through.
Pins & Needles Tattoo ParlorThe Exit Games FLEscape roomIRLThis room was so fun! A lot of the reviews talk about mature content in this room but I really didn’t think it was as bad as it was made out to be. Yes there was adult language but the content itself wasn’t too out of pocket. The rooms and puzzles were all very immersive and fun.
Cornstalkers: Lost in the MaizeThe Escape Ventures - OrlandoEscape roomIRLI really love horror themed escape rooms and this one did not disappoint! The incorporate of the live actor in this room is very well done and drove the story forward without feeling too repetitive. The set is also greatly impressive and very accommodating for large groups. I would highly recommend this room for anyone that likes horror and think that it would be especially fun for large groups!
The Starlight MotelEscape Artist Greenville - DowntownEscape roomIRLThis was a very unique, immersive escape room! I thoroughly enjoyed this experience. Some of the puzzles were a bit simple but that was made up for with the interactive nature of the game. The live actor was great and I would definitely recommend!
Dark LullabyEscape Artist Greenville - Hampton StationEscape roomIRLI loved this room! It is tied for my favorite room at this location with Help Wanted and I cannot recommend it enough. The room was super immersive and scary enough to live up to expectations without sacrificing the gameplay or plot. I really enjoyed Escape Artist’s scary room at their other location (Starlight Motel) but I enjoyed this room even more!
Quest For The Temple of LightThe Keepers of BalanceEscape roomIRLI was very fortunate to be invited to beta test this room! “Quest for the Temple of Light” is a very unique game and truly lives up to the description of being an “adventure” style escape room. The gameplay was very hands on and even the transitions from one room to the next were thoroughly thought out. The set was so immersive that I kept forgetting that I was inside of a building, I really felt like I was traveling through time. It is obvious that there was great attention to detail in every aspect of this room! Given that this is just the first room at Keepers of Balance, I am very excited to see what they will come up with in the future!
Neighborhood WatcherThe Escape Ventures - OrlandoEscape roomIRLI loved this game! Even though it was a relatively small game and there weren’t a lot of high tech elements, it was super intriguing and lots of fun. The live actor and jump scares definitely added to this room and it was a great first experience to have at this location!
Phantom Files: The Investigation Of Lockturne ManorThe Escape Ventures - Port CharlotteEscape roomIRLThis game was really cute! The plot/decor definitely reminded me of some shows and games that I enjoyed when I was younger (Scooby Doo and Luigi’s Mansion come to mind) but the escape room was not a direct copy of anything. I really enjoyed the game play throughout this room and think that it would be a great- spooky but not scary- game for all ages!
Operation Arctic Storm: The Final MeltdownThe Escape Ventures - OrlandoEscape roomIRLThis room was awesome! Definitely added to my top ten. The room is way bigger and more immersive than you would expect. It was so much fun and I would highly recommend it!
WreckedMasterpiece EscapesEscape roomIRLI loved this room! I’m a huge fan of well-designed puzzles and I felt as though this room did a great job incorporating puzzles that were challenging but not too hard into the storyline. Additionally, the room was immersive and the storyline was very unique!
