    Great game with a lot of heart and some really silly GMs whose fun is contagious. So close to a "Love" from me - but there were a few of my least favorite puzzles included so this is just a personal thing (a "Simon Says" color memorization puzzle, a "Lights Out"/"Grid Toggle" puzzle and ... a tangram, ugh). If it weren't for these this would be a brilliant room - it's packed with lots of puzzles, great decor, a lot of humor and a few really fun surprises. The plotline was a bit convoluted and a few puzzles left me thinking "why are we doing this in this environment?" Also: "Poor Jim!" (If you know you know ;) ) Such a shame I couldn't find anyone else to play their other room! This place is on my radar now - I suggest you put it on yours.

    Easily one of my favorite rooms of all time. An incredibly memorable experience. The theme is dark and may be disturbing (missing children...), but they toed a good balance between scary and humorous. There is a jump scare, but it can be toned down upon request. I usually don't love jump scares, but this one is recommended to just go for it - as it's unique! No spoilers 🀐) The puzzles were fantastic; however, some puzzles break the immersion (for example, one puzzle relies on rubber insects. Are we supposed to believe these insects always maintain the exact number for the benefit of people unlocking chests... Or whether these were other kids leaving fake insects to help us? It wasn't explained).

    Brilliant, bros! A new top 5 for me, and easily the best I've played at this location. Unique, thematic, fun, immersive, light-hearted pure fun! Wide range of creative puzzles which vary in difficulty - quite a few creative takes and choices I'd never seen before. Great mix of cracking codes, locks and physical activity (but nothing physically demanding). Don't leave Orlando without trying this!

    As I near 200 rooms, this is easily one of my favorites, top 5 for sure. Every puzzle is fun and thematic, you are part of the story from moment 1, and the story arc is unbeatable. The ending had me smiling ear to ear!

    If things had been reset correctly, I'd give this a "like" because I had fun... But this is a better haunted house than an escape room - and if you think of it that way, you might love it! Sadly, there were 3 full puzzles of the game not reset correctly and one item actually broken. These included an unlocked door which opened into another one of their escape rooms (can I now add that one on Morty too?! πŸ˜‰) and a lock which just wasn't anywhere to be found: we spent 10 minutes struggling with a 5-letter code because the puzzle was broken, but then when we needed the GM to give us the missing information, we discovered the lock wasn't anywhere to be found - we didn't even need the code in the end! (The broken puzzle required us to read stickers on a grid, but some stickers had fallen off - the GM told us after they will fix this). While I hate to leave a bad review for a game, the overall experience definitely detracted from the fun. This was much scarier and, despite the issues, more fun (definitely more puzzle-y) than Basement, which had no good puzzles. The puzzles in Clown Town were fine, nothing special, but no effort was expended on creating a plotline (who are we and why are we there... doing THAT? Why don't we just leave out of the door we came in?), and the "meta-rules" ("do this and the clown won't hurt you") is goofy fun but nonsensical. This is fine for a laugh but this does make it seem more like a 4th grade birthday party and less like an escape room. Intense Escape is best in DIE-ner where it's a good escape first with a goofy nonsensical add-on. For horror-clown puzzley fun, Horror Circus up the street at Game Over is a much better escape room... But also a lot less scary and a lot less "haunted house". I just may not be the audience...

    A LOT of fun for two people, but we needed some hints as we got closer to the end. This is my favorite type of game - loaded with locks, keys, and buttons. I preferred this over Magician's Study because of the sheer number of puzzles and their variety, but I do think Magician was more thematic. Storyteller remains on my list for now! Non-spoiler favorite puzzle: "Lovers Bridge"

    Very intense with epic production quality - I was stunned by the quality of the sets. I don't like horror movies, but it felt like I was in one from the first moment. It was definitely out of my comfort zone, but I'm glad I did it. We were 3, but with more it'd be less intense (but there may also be moments where some are standing around watching the others do puzzles.) This "part 1" is a better escape room and way scarier than part 2 (Fun House), but this side was "all dark, all the time", so it felt a bit more one note to me, as opposed to part 2 which had notes of levity mixed in. That said, you'll probably play them both, and this is the one to start with unless you want to ease your way into them with the less scary or the two (in that case do Fun House first). I had the "honor" (horror) of being singled out about 2/3 of the way for an intense moment. But it was also the most single memorable moment of all of this company's games.

    Very nice game with a good variety of puzzles - including a few physical manipulation pizzles. A few make you think outside the box! The theming is very, very good. There's also a "big choice" at the end of the game, which affects the ending slightly (no puzzles are different). Highly recommend!
