It lives up to the reputation for immersion alone It’s a love letter to Goonies, Indy and any adventure movie. This is a fun room if you are an experienced player or new to escape rooms. Light on volume of puzzles or things to do but heavy or story telling which was just a joy to play Tidbits: Easy parking but hard to access on a heavy traffic day (right off expressway) Amazing waiting room; the immersion starts at the parking lot

NevermoreNocturne AdventuresEscape roomIRLI had such lofty expectations for this room in particular as this room was wish-listed since last November when I read about an escape room in the country in someone’s basement in NC The plot of a great horror movie to be sure. I can say without hesitation my expectations were stratospherically exceeded so much so I could have played the room immediately after finishing just to be a part of the story again Before the room, I want to talk about the owners first They are wonderful, magnanimous and beyond hospitable with their time. We got to spend around 40 minutes after our session just chatting rooms, their build and getting a peek behind the curtain. Their love and passion truly came through Now for the room: it’s just amazing. The flow is impeccable the attention to detail such as knowing Poe was a big fan of certain topics and those topics came to life in the experience (avoiding spoilers) - chefs kiss immersion I can go on about their hint system being innovative, the sound fx and music, the mapping of clues, etc - my advise is don’t read this or any reviews - go in cold and enjoy the narrative The only downside to the room is that it ended. We actually delayed our ending to find a few hidden tokens that were offered as souvenirs- highly recommended this add-on btw I truly wish I could forget this room to play it again for the first time to feel a part of a different world immersed in the sights and sounds of Poes work. Truly a remarkable room The tidbits: Residential area and you park in the driveway towards the end of it (near the garage) Opportunity to gas up and eat prior with some local places They only run one room at a time This room can fit 6 but try it for a date night as a couple; you won’t be disappointed Buy some merch

If you’ve played other Escape Venture games this is one of their finest theming start to finish One of the more challenging rooms but everything flowed so well Some very unique puzzles, set pieces and experiences start-to-finish We finished with two people but split up to work on puzzles individually to save on time A team of 3-4 should be in good shape (and fit comfortably in the room) KJ2 was our GM and has run all of our games at the location. We heard rumors or a new room on the way here and we can’t wait to be back for it Random thoughts: Easy parking Fun dining near the location as they are in proximity to downtown Winter Garden (driving not walking) Climbing will be needed

The puzzles all very fair and on theme We finished with four adult sized humans which felt like the right number Highly recommend the room It has a live actor which really added to the fun and immersion

EXTERMINATED: Terror at the JunkyardEvasive Escape RoomsEscape roomIRLThere’s a short list of games I recommend to those in the Florida area to check out - pins and needles, servants, cornstalkers, echos, the lodge from riddlers - cinema 7 for something unique as well and this one, Exterminated, arguably, tops the list for me Such a well balanced game. The theme is wonderful. The story seeps into through every puzzle, riddle, encounter, room, ambiance … rare to find a game that is just this balanced and focused Intuitive puzzles, completely unique story, live actor (not a spoiler as it’s listed when you book) but adds so much more of the game. If you have trepidation for a live actor, hit this game and it will change your mind. Chris and Trevor are fantastic and I cannot wait to see what they do next. Book this room Some info for the place: Spooky theme (might be okay for the younger crowd as it’s not gory assuming they like scary things) Easy parking Room probably best with 2-4 adult sized humans Can rebook a second room for a discount on site (if they have avails) Food options near by
